Location:
**Thailand**
- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- Establishing strong relations with Brands/sellers, supporting their performance [revenue growth, buyer growth]
- Build short-Long term Commercial Strategic plan with brands/sellers to assure brand growth in E-commerce business
- Deriving Historical data and seller trend to develop strong analytics with category team, further interpreting them via Microsoft Excel and presenting to internal and external stakeholders form Short/Mid/Long tail brands/sellers.
- Acting as business advisor to support sellers with commercial details of Lazada and LazMall (i.e. e-commerce &campaign cycle, Lazada program mechanic, investment and benefit of barter scheme, and operational requirements.)
- Working closely with other departments (i.e. Seller operation team, Flash Sale, Campaign team, Logistics, Marketing, etc.)

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (sales, marketing, business)
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce, retail, business development, buying or project management role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to influence others
- Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions
- Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Strong ownership and attention to details
- Passion about improving both customer and seller experience
- Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have)
Fluent in Chinese will be a plus.
