**Job Title: Business Development Manager / Enterprise Field Sales Manager**

**A must-have - 5+ years of experience in sales in which at least 2 years out of the total experience is required in enterprise selling with process manufacturing industries (Power, Chemical, Steel, Cement etc.)**

**This job entitles the person to travel across locations, mainly to Rayong and nearby areas) The expenses would be borne by the company.**

**Fluent in Thai and English languages is a MUST**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan for Thailand, with a focus on Rayong and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the process industries in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business development and sales in process industries, specifically steel, heavy, paper, cement, and chemical manufacturing
- Sound understanding of maintenance processes and practices in process industries
- Experience working in Thailand, specifically in Rayong or surrounding areas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Thai and English languages is a MUST

**Salary**: ฿300,000.00 - ฿600,000.00 per year
