Responsibility- Initiate streamlined brand engagement execution strategies to create meaningful and memorable brand experience for target group with the goal of change the way people feel about insurance- Lead and execute all activation and brand partnership campaigns related FWD including events and workshops with the expectation of expanding FWD brand to new target group and increasing FWD brand experience & engagement- Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to orchestrate end - to - end engagement and experience, ensure all contractual assets, communications and activations are delivered to a best-in-class standard and maximum with value for money-
- Provide ideas and initiative to build and deepening a holistic view of brand engagement and target audiences through insightful data, internal and external stakeholder to define experience idea and embed a flexible and expert approach to different project types- Translate complex information into accessible and compelling messaging and experiences, that resonate with the targets and in alignment with clarity and CI policy, through relevant touch points- Demonstrate a successful relationship building skills, having an ability to leverage partnerships cross functions as well as externally.- Advice and coach junior team to deliver in their own areas.

Qualification- Bachelor or Master Degree in or Business Administration, Communication Arts, Marketing or related field.- Marketing Communications, Branding, Project Management, Event & Activation- At least 6-8 years experience in branding, brand activation management, event/experiential experience, project management, or partnership management. Exhibition ‘brand content’ delivery/installation experience.- High level of interpersonal skill. Must be able to work well with diverse groups collaboratively. Self-starter and be able to hit the ground running especially under pressure and change.- Creativity and prudence. Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
