**Get to know our Team**:
Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries as well as related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with top companies and top brands across the region and it is imperative that we drive efficient commercial operations within our organisation. To this end, we are looking for a strong Regional Client Success Specialist in our Grab for Business team to contribute towards a robust commercial & account operations organisation that will cater at scale to an expanding portfolio of corporate clients.
This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
**Get to know the Role**:
- You will report to the Regional Commercial Lead - GrabGifts, Grab for Business
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our GrabGifts reseller partners through order management, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them.
**The day-to-day activities**:
ACCOUNT OPERATIONS
- Anchor the account operations for GrabGifts resellers (order fulfilment, troubleshooting, administration issues, client support etc.)
- Own and manage the daily operations processes, including but not limited to:
- Managing in-bound reseller sales leads
- Order form creation
- SalesForce entry
- Invoice request and payment management
- Voucher request and drawdown management
- Reseller post-sale support (dispute resolution, voucher redemption issues, etc)
- Work with multiple cross functional teams to execute daily tasks, including but not limited to Country Finance, Grab Support, Central Operations etc.
- Other Sales Ops matter
**The must haves**:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years as a client success or sales ops within a fast-paced and competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment. Ability to work independently and is meticulous with data.
- Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
- Proficiency in client experience tools (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Basic Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) and GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
- Comfortable to start with a contracted position first
