**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product awareness, demand generation, and sales growth in the Southeast Asia region.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target market segments, customer needs, and market trends in the region.
- Collaborate with the global product team to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and translate them into compelling messaging and positioning tailored for the Southeast Asia market.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, events, and PR, to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Create impactful marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, videos, and sales tools, to support the sales team and drive product adoption.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide product training, sales enablement materials, and ongoing support to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell the products.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, channel partners, industry influencers, and customers, to drive collaboration and support for product marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and objectives within the Southeast Asia region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in the technology or B2B industry, preferably in the Southeast Asia market.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on product marketing, branding, and demand generation.
- Solid knowledge of the Southeast Asia market landscape, customer behavior, and cultural nuances, with the ability to tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and campaign metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and PR.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in other languages spoken in the Southeast Asia region is a plus.
