**Compensation**:

- **Monthly Base Salary**:THB 55,000
- **Total Potential Earnings (5 months)**:THB 465,000* (THB 93,000 per month)
- _Note_: Total potential earnings includes bonus and incentives structure comprised of commissions for registrations, customer satisfaction ratings and a team coordination bonus

**OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE**
As a Summer Enrolment Manager at JUMP Foundation, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrolment for our summer programs. You will be responsible for converting leads into registrations, managing the enrolment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for our participants.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Follow up on leads from marketing and partner referrals to secure confirmed registrations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and the registration process.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor registration progress.
- **Partner Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and summer camp agents to drive bulk registrations.
- **Agent Support**: Provide resources and guidance to agents to help them effectively promote our programs and generate leads.
- **Sales Process Improvement**: Continuously analyze data and feedback to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
- **Post-Registration Support**: Conduct follow-ups to ensure participants receive timely information and support.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
- **Payment Processing**: Manage payment processing and ensure accurate and timely registration confirmation.
- **Team Updates**: Regularly update the team on sales performance, including key metrics like conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

**Required** Skills and Experience**
- **Sales and Customer Service**: Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze data.
- **Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Data Analysis**: Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.

**Preferred** Qualifications**
- Experience in education or youth development
- Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software such as Pipedrive.
