Conference and Events Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Handling the reservation situation of all function rooms and schedule it effectively
- Promote and improve sales of F&B in order to meet with the budget or above
- Co-ordinate with the other departments regarding all matters related to the functions
- Provide and advise prompt and accurate information regarding each function's requirement, menu, beverage, time, set up, etc.
- Maintain all menus in line with their cost and profit margin which has been set up by the management
- Obtain market information from competitors, comments and needs from clients
- Prepare Group Action Plan, Event Orders, Daily Forecast, Weekly Forecast, Monthly
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
- Minimum 2 years in a similar or relevant field
- Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Opera PMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
