Our client is a global leader in the science of medical products.

They are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrative Executive to join their team.

**Sales & Marketing Admin Functions**
- Providing support to Country Manager on the coordination and organization of sales & marketing related meetings e.g. weekly meetings, kick-off, QBR, business trips, etc.
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in Sales & Marketing operations.
- Acting as a single window to all related claims to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
- Dealing with DKLL to supervise, follow up, and chase all issues, and documentation.
- Dealing with DKLL to follow up on all pending POs.
- Dealing with DKLL to follow up on sales team expense claims.
- Dealing with DKLL and BIT HR for Thailand team benefit.
- Dealing with Agencies for flight booking, hotel, etc.
- Dealing with suppliers for all marketing, stationery, service, etc.
- Communicating with Admin Executive, Sales & Marketing for all oversea and local events, and conferences.
- Handling others as assigned by Country Manager.

**Coordination/Organizing of events**
- Working with / supporting Country Manager and Marketing Team on the coordination and organization of local congresses and events. Lead and manage the logistics arrangements in these congresses and events.
- Coordinating hotel booking, and registration of staff traveling overseas for major conferences.
- Obtaining approval for the use of marketing materials/logos.
- Reconciling expenses after the events.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative support or sales & marketing functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to use SAP will be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to drill down into details while not losing sight of the big picture.
- Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure & deliver quality results with speed and minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, including written English.

- Working Day: 5 days (M-F, 08.30 - 17.30 / 09.00 - 18.00)
