หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- AUTOCORP is 1st-tier distributor of all kinds of automotive and motorcycle spare parts both genuine spare parts and aftermarket spare parts as well as hand tools, lubricants & fluid, battery, accessories & lifestyle and technological solution for future.
- Analyze and set up business strategy aligning with company’s business plan and expand the new customer base. Maintain and develop long-term, productive relationships with your customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans. Identify and define significant opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
- Articulate the value of our product/service at higher level within customer organization.
- Supply proposals and product information to prospects.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations
- Execute marketing promotion and act according to the plan.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans.
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments
- Resolve any clients' issues and problems and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
- Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain Management teams to develop strategic customer growth programs.
- Collaborates with the superior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration or related fields.
- Previous experience in retail business and sales management, modern trade channel is advantage.
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage expectation internally and externally.
- Able to deliver as plan.
- Proficient in English and Thai
- Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
- Hold a valid driver's license and be flexible to relocate as your assignment may require
- Willing to take on challenging tasks and able to work under pressure.
