We are hiring a Salesforce Developer for a leading financial service company based in Bangkok.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, building efficient code, and ensuring the successful integration of Salesforce with other systems. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption and optimization of Salesforce to enhance sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Java and Apex
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and other declarative tools to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize existing Salesforce code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues reported by users, providing timely support.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and declarative tools.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools, such as APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing and code optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
