Warehouse Leadman

**Job Description**:

- Take care of all warehouse operations at the warehouse including control of daily operational activities.
- Conduct to subordinate staff as well as operators under sub-contractors’ employment to operate warehouse activities with accuracy, safety, 5s, and efficiency.
- KPI monitoring, Improvement, Investigate in warehouse concern
- Inventory management with WMS of Inbound, Inventory, and Outbound data recording
- Storage control with space utilizations, layout, location, and condition with correct information and safety
- Inform job information to share any kind of issue with all concerned parties. Report any kind of information to one’s immediate superior.
- Coordinate with any concerned internal parties to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
- Support and accommodate any maintenance activities of company assets such as warehouse facilities
- Undertake forklift truck duties as required, ensuring daily safety checks are conducted thoroughly and company warehouse guidelines observed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s in business Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Warehouse Operation.
- Experience in improvement activities such as Kaizen, KYT, QKY, 5S
- Has logical & analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and Self-Oriented.
- Able to communicate in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP system; SAP Experience with SAP for warehouse management is a plus
- Able to drive a Forklift
