Job Description
- Manage and control warehouse and transport operations of both inbound and outbound
- Manage and establish the warehouse operations in compliance with the company strategy
- Lead in setting up the warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization.
- Ensure the work instruction, procedures and good practice and followed strictly by warehouse personnel. Maintain good standard of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage and monitor warehouse operations activities such as receiving, storage, dispatch of goods, to deliver service at maximum capability
- Lead the warehouse team, develop, train and coach warehouse personnel for their best performance
- Reports incident to management when there is a damage or loss of products or accident and perform root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action
- Manage the stock, inventory control system to be up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain good documentation and update specification that concerns in warehouse and shipping area
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations/BOI and relevant law and requirements

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in logistics management, business management, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse job with at least 3 years in assistant manager/manager role
- Strong experience in warehouse management in Electronics Manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Hands-on experience in warehouse management software and database
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as well as a team
