**Position Overview**:
Contributes to and supports the development and execution of processes, controls and management systems to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations. Operations include receiving, tracking and storing inventory; shipping inventory from the warehouse to internal and external locations; and reporting on inventory levels, maintenance and conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gains familiarity with the Warehouse Management tools, processes, systems and procedures.
- With guidance, performs basic Warehouse Management Specialist duties, including receiving, put away, replenishment and/or pick, pack and ship.
- Develops understanding of:

- Internal controls and standard warehousing processes.
- The practices and interdependencies of warehouse operations teams,
- Warehousing related risks and appropriate mitigations.
- Maintains documentation associated with receiving, tracking, storing and inventory control.
- Learns and adheres to / applies warehousing management systems

**Required Qualification**:

- 1-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Addresses multiple, undefined and/or complex challenges.
- Develops or adjusts processes to enhance effectiveness, solve recurring problems or improve efficiency.
- Collaborates with functional or cross organizational teams to generate solutions to
- complex and challenging problems.
- Actively seeks and provides feedback to enhance work group, team and broader departmental performance.
