- We are looking for a self-motivated Warehouse Manager/ Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of all the operations at our Klong Toey Warehouse.- Role Objectives- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, stock layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Specific Tasks- efficiently manage stock levels and ensure correct stockkeeping for all warehoused items

ensure that warning stickers and FDA stickers are correctly applied on all items- manage warehouse supplies such as packing boxes, tapes, air bubbles, foam boxes, wine boxes, etc
- warehouse cleansing and associated maid performances, task list, and shifts
- liaise and coordinate with the distribution manager or supervisor
- provide for any necessary items’ correction (price/photo/SKU, etc) on catalog and POS
- report on incidents at the warehouse and monetize damages, if necessary
- monitor staff KPIs and carry out random checks and inspections on supervised staff
- produce ad-hoc reports if and when requested by the Management Team
- reports about any missing or unusual stock movements of stocks within the warehouse
- meet regularly with other department heads, managers, or supervisors and effectively relay problems and solutions

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Oversee the general office needs, including any supplies deemed necessary
- Schedule and oversee the warehouse staff to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage both the flow and quality of the work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and messengers to ensure efficient delivery of packages

- Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
