**Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of account executives to achieve targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
- Serving as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs, and ensuring their perspective is considered in decision-making processes.
- Generating reports for cross-functional teams and regular updates to the top management.
- **Process Set Up and Optimization**
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining necessary work processes for the Account Executives team.
- Developing tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services.
- Setting up processes to analyze client data, deliver presentations and provide tailored solutions.
- **Customer Growth and Retention**
- Building and maintaining relationships with executive-level stakeholders in strategic accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Anticipating and resolving potential conflicts or issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges to effectively address their requirements and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
- Driving the company’s revenue growth by identifying and pursuing upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within strategic accounts.
- **Team Performance Measurement**
- Establishing KPIs for strategic accounts and regularly monitoring progress against targets.
- Developing comprehensive reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into account health, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities.
- Utilizing data and analytics to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize account management strategies.
- Handling other responsibilities as assigned. Reporting directly to C-Level.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role. Preferably in a B2B, e-commerce enabler, or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Thai and English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- High interpersonal skills with problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
