**Customer Success Manager (Based in Thailand)**
- Managed specific projects, controlled project progress and risks, and ensured the completion of implementation work on time and quality;
- Ensure the stable operation of products, and fulfill the maintenance service commitment for specific customers through high-quality after-sales support;
- Promote products to play a bigger role in customer processes through communication with customers and adjustment and optimization of deployment
- Through professional knowledge, provide pre-sale consultation and advice.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree.PMP/CCIE/HCIE will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills required: networking such as TCP/IP, network analysis and protocol analysis.
- Familiar with Linux commands and configuration (Redhat/Centos/any Ubuntu/Suse).
- Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good English communication, both writing and reading skills.

**Salary**: ฿80,000.00 - ฿150,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- CCNP or CCNA or CCIE or related networking certifications (preferred)
