**POSITION SNAPSHOT**

Drive Nespresso’s brand image and/or required brand attributes. Build brand awareness and strengthen brand power by evaluation & execution of the global media strategy & campaigns and where applicable to develop, execute and evaluate communications & media plan to accomodate best the local market needs & insights. Develop, execute and evaluate the PR strategy and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy for brand

consideration. Develop and guard coffee expertise through brand to expand member base and keep existing members engaged with the brand.
- **Ensure of seamless communication strategy in execution, either local originated or derived from the global media strategy & campaigns to lead the local team to develop, execute and evaluate communications for local market**
- Strategically localize and supervise the execution of the global media strategy to local, including the development of ATL & BTL campaign materials for all touchpoints (B2C, B2B, Overall local branding of Nespresso). Strategically craft and plan on key messages in relevancy to each segments in local market to drive desirable market's actions in achieving business objectives
- Establish and leverage relationships with key media and PR networks
- Ensure the success of marketing events for all channels through team driving
- Develop, execute and evaluate (corporate) communications for all channels (in line with local market needs)
- Guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g. by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert opinion on key messaging
- Evaluate the local media strategy, and media and creative agencies on performance against KPI's
- Strategically define, put into execution adn oversee the role of Coffee Ambassador in benefitting the overall Nespresso brand credential, as well to both B2C and B2B partners.
- **Oversee the PR strategy and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy**
- Oversee the omnichannel PR strategy and drive PR for all channels, for both long term and short term media, following international guidelines and in line with the consumer journey strategy, brand consideration and business results
- Oversee the Key Opinion Leader strategy (KOL) by mapping and tracking the KOL landscape, including journalists, bloggers, vloggers, universities, NGO's (e.g. Rainforest Alliance) and authorities to be in line with consumer journey, brand consideration and business result
- Lead and manager critial crisis management in relation to brand breach
- Lead to win of Internal PR strategy in alignment with Nespresso corporate culture to drive brand strength from within the organization
- **People & Performance Management**
- Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
- Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
- Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
- Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
- Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- University degree or equivalent in marketing and/or communication
- At least 8 years experience as Communications or Media Manager, or as Brand Manager with strong digital and/or media responsibilities
- Worked for a premium brand with an FMCG mindset
- Existing network in media/PR/KOLs
- Experience in managing external agencies /Good command in English & Thai.
