- BOI
- 1.Submit for import shipment and, submit vendor report and transfer to supplier.
- 2.Coordinate with forwarder and support document for customer clearance.
- 3.Control stock balance of BOI master list and limit to the stock.
- 4.Receive purchase shipment in system
- 5.Receive and transfer goods in transit shipment in systems
- 6.Support to advise BOI process to staff.
- 7.Coordinate with BOI officer for all concern regulations
- 8.Submit import extension and submit income to BOI office. (Business trip)
- 9.Other specific assignment related to BOI or ITC project
- 10.Submit TISI NSW to TISI system
- 11.Check export entry for shipment about BOI.
- 12.Control import shipment custom clearance process until delivery to SWS-T warehouse.
- 13.You will be responsible for managing BOI operations for all SWS-T departments.
- 14.Others as assigned by superior.

- Matter concerning Purchase of office facilities, stationery and matters related to general affairs.
- Matter concerning Renew fix asset insurance, Japanese local staff' s insurance, leasing agreement/contract.
- Matter concerning Management of door entrance card for visitor, staff's table keys.
- Matter concerning Facility maintenance on office and scrap/sell.
- Matter concerning Control of Company seal.
- Matter concerning Cheque control
- Matter concerning KIAN
- Matter concerning Donation
- Matter concerning Maintenance of Job Foundation (MJF) Activities & J-SOX
- Matter concerning Sumitomo group agreement, Company Regulation, Basic Rule, HR & Admin Department Rule.
- Matter concerning BOD and Shareholder Meeting
- Matter concerning Driving duties
- Matter concerning keep nice and clean in office
- Matter concerning J-Sox
- Matter concerning BCP
Content of duties: (Compliance Liaison)- Develop and Implement the Company's compliance program.
- Monitor the business of the company to ensure compliance rules.

- Age : 40 - 45 years old, Female or Male- Education : Bachelor degree or higher in related field
- Work Experience : min10 years in HR & Admin & BOI - automotive and office automation field (will be advantage)- Language : Good Command in English
- Typing : Standard level
- Computer skill : Microsoft Office (word/excel, Outlook, Power point, Office 365, payroll program, etc.)
- Manner : On time, no late, leadership & management skill, much responsible of work, teamwork, able to work hard and under pressure, etc.
