**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
**Main Responsibility**
**1) Managing the Human Resources Department which is responsible employee relationships including staffing, compensation, performance evaluations, career paths, promotions, training, corporate events, HR initiative change management activities for maintain organization structure to fulfill corporate need all in line with the company Value**
**2) Ensure HR Department meet the target by service level agreements (SLA) and another performance KPI’s to driving organization achieve business target**
**HRM**
- **Recruit and Manages recruitment end to end recruitment**:
- **Recruitment Tracking report, any relates report**:
- **Tracking any violent GJM policy and punishment with file in database**:
- **Supervise and Manages Attendance to following as company policy**:
- **Prepare and Coordinate payroll, SSO, IIT relates C&B within Timeline**:
- **Manages to ensure HRIS up-to-date and eligible to provide useful data to relates users**
**HRD**
- **Prepare and Implement Training roadmap to align with business need**:
- **Prepare and Adjust Training need and act as trainer for HR and Admin with coordinator**:
- **Prepare and advice line manager to ensure JD’s available with up-to-date**:
- **Ensure HR and Admin provides satisfy employment services with all level**:
- **Ensure Employee’s Personal Data keep in safe following as PDPA Law**
**Culture & Policy**
- **Act as GJM Ambassador to transform and measure GJM cultures to implemented at all level**
**-Prepare and Complete company policy as business requires with manages policy available in Thai - English**
**ADMIN**
- **Responsible to manages the administrative, purchasing work including manages the admin team such as security guard, cleaners with hr teams etc**
**Safety**
- **Provide safety training and enforce best HSE working practices in the plant at all times. Document and investigate every accident and injury within his/her department. Promote safety programs and policies in order to reduce the number of accidents and injuries within his/her department**:
