As a Personal Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to an individual, typically a high-level executive or professional, to enhance their productivity, efficiency, and overall well-being. This role requires a combination of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

- Efficiently manage and organize the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and minimizing conflicts.

Communication Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Travel Coordination:

- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide detailed travel plans, including relevant documents and contacts.

Meeting Coordination:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Information Management:

- Maintain an organized system for filing and retrieving documents, both in physical and digital formats.
- Research and compile information as needed for reports, presentations, or other projects.

Task Prioritization:

- Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to streamline workflow.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Administrative Support:

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing expenses, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

Problem-Solving:

- Identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Anticipate potential issues and take preemptive action.
- Adaptability:

- Be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the executive and the organization.
- Handle unexpected tasks and challenges with a positive and proactive attitude.

- Female only
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant at least 5 years
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in office software and communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the executive.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal communication.
