Hiring Position: Large Account Manager (Thai Nationality)

**_ Large Accounts manager_**

**_ Area of responsibility: Modern Trade, Industry, QSR, Export_**

**_ Report to: GM of _**_Gallothai_**

**_ Subordinates:_** MT manager, Industry manager, QSR sales responsible (vacant), Export sales Executive

Requirements & Experience:
Ideally with large structure companies in Thailand, selling/business development for food products to modern trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores), Industry and/or QSR
- Export experience is a plus
- Experience with branded products and OEM products
- Strong experience in large accounts sales techniques and negotiation techniques (pricing and margin management) - sales not only based on relationship management, but with strong understanding and close cooperation with marketing and R&D
- Pastry or chocolate experience is a definite plus
- Senior person - able to manage experienced managers
- Understanding of QA topics surrounding food sales
- Strong process focus, and understanding of reporting and data analysis
- Strong drive to build new business and get teams to move along, not satisfied with status quo
- Understanding need to break down silo’s
