**Based in Bangkok**, help to build the most beloved Smile Cosmetics Consumer Brand and scale our Consumer Products business in both online and offline footprints.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with creativity and strong leadership skill, you will directly report to our Head of Consumer Products to ensure our business and brand continues on their rapid growth trajectory. Take charge of product localization, product launch management, distribution growth planning, coordinate growth marketing efforts optimization, and learn how to build a fast-growing consumer brand hands-on.

**We are looking for an ambitious individual to**:

- Leverage creative growth channels and rapidly scale our portfolio of award-winning Smile Cosmetics products (electric toothbrush, teeth whitening, toothpaste) to a multimillion-dollar business
- Drive monthly and quarterly growth sufficiency planning together with the team to ensure we are hitting our ambitious growth and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with our Operations and Supply Team on quarterly inventory supply planning
- Plan and coordinated major marketing campaigns, channel launches, and product launches. You get to steward all key activities and will be the glue connecting all stakeholders
- Assist in developing and executing long
- and short-term strategic marketing plans to unlock potential growth in building brand equity and channel growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy. Ensure the launch of new products fulfills local regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, brand awareness, and performance to identify market potential, and initiate counteracting strategies and programs to drive growth

**You're a fit for this role, if you have**:

- 2+ years of experience in Brand Management & Marketing in FMCG or similar corporations
- End-to-end marketing experience from concept development, consumer research, ATL production to go-to-market activation
- Experienced in A&P budget is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn consumer insights into meaningful actions in market
- Strong ownership and excellent project management skills to gatekeep key milestones
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or G-Suite
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
