Brand Manager

**Job description**:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Brand manage who will manage Sales and Marketing for a key brand. With a very large potential on domestic market, this vital role will be managing the local team with dual reporting lines within Thailand and the headquarters in Switzerland, the incumbent is responsible for all aspects of the Brand at strategic and operational levels locally.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan the sales and marketing and communication plans and develop and implement brand’s marketing concept for the country
- Establish sales and expense budgets for the Division and is responsible for achieving them in line with SWATCH GROUP’s policy for the country
- Manage and develop P&L, distribution development, and drive market growth
- Prepare the division’s management reports as well as special reports requested by Head Office
- Manage pricing of products according to the international pricing policy of brand
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal partners to complete projects on time and within budget
- Give recommendations and consult with the brand Head Office about overall product, communication and distribution strategies
- Build brand awareness and increase brand value and profitability
- Supervise the merchandising of customers in line with the marketing policy of Head Office
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and coach and develop team members
- Assist the Country Manager in establishing a SWATCH GROUP spirit within the SWATCH GROUP country organization (efficiency, unity, cooperation)
- Other job as assigned by Country Manager and Brand President
**Profile**:
- Minimum 8 year of working experience in marketing, Brand Management, Product Management or related field
- Solid understanding of key drivers of brand/product management, P&L, and marketing plan
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Background in the retail industry is preferable
**Professional requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
**Languages**:
- English: business fluent
