**HR Administrator ( Support HRIS Function ) 1 Positions**
**Responsibilities**:
- Response in maintain employee database of any type of employee in the company via SAP include with update employee database to be up to date.
- Response in input employee data base into SAP's system once have a new employee join within the company and erased employee's data base once resign from the company either in any both type of employee.
- Support in create an employee's id card for and solving with relate system such as employee's time attendant ,etc.
- Support any other project upon assignment such as HR's system test, Employees' data extract report.
- Any others assignment upon request.
**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least 1 years at least for experience in HR admin or any other with relate to admin role would be advantage.
- New graduated are welcomed
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to utilize and manage the organizations resources to achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of training's arrangement and SAP's system is a plus
- Strong ethics and a collaborative spirit with "Can do" attitude, detailed and result oriented with a combination of sales and strong commercial understanding of people strategy & key decision makers
- Familiar with computer literacy in MS Office, Excel (VLookup, Pivot).
