**Purpose of the job**

The main responsibility of this role are to support team leaders in driving the operational excellence in Global Business Center Operations team, lead and execute continuous improvement projects from start to end and lead the assigned streams in Global Business Center academy. Aside Global Business Center Operations, the individual manages successful implementations of SAP Concur's Travel and Expense to perform Project Implementations according to SAP Concur's Project Management Methodology

**GBC Operations**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide coaching, guidance and support to people in the region/within the team for the topics related to Global Business Center operational activities (Material Planning and/or Customer Service)
- Support team leaders in monitoring Global Business Center operational performance
- Mitigate customer escalations and complaints. Drive corrective/preventive actions and Best Practice/Lesson Learnt sharing to the team
- Be the team leader deputy and support in various tasks assigned by team leader (internal/external job handover, new requirements discussion with sites, capacity analysis.)

**Operations and Performance Improvement Lead**
- Lead team KPI in the data collection and monitoring process to ensure that the target is met. Organize a meeting with stakeholders to understand the root causes and the blocking points of the KPI that is below the target.
- Identify gaps or improvement areas in Global Business Center operations way of working, or discuss with sites/team members to understand business pain points/gaps/requirements. Propose and lead the improvement plan from start to end.
- Verify and implement digitalization tools (Artificial intelligence, Power BI and MS Power Platforms) to improve process efficiency.
- Lead OTIF and follow up monitoring cycle activity to ensure that the follow up process in Global Business Center meets SLA target.

**GBC Academy and Knowledge Acceleration**
- Lead the assigned streams in Global Business Center academy
- Initiate and lead various activities to accelerate the knowledge ramp up for Global Business Center team members (Material Planning/Customer Service activities, tools, KPI, Alstom and D&IS knowledge.
- Ensure smooth onboarding journey to newcomers (onboarding package preparation, follow up and training, tools & access support)

**SAP Concur's Travel and Expense Coordinator/Project Manager**
- Coordinate and schedule activities between various SAP Concur departments to meet the project milestones and timeline
- Build and Manage Site Deployment Team (local KU) to follow the Roll-out plan and reach the milestones in quality and time, and alert if some requirements are not met.
- Collecting the local Site Business needs and being the local contact point for IS&T organization.
- Animate, inform, be a member of the Site Management Committee during roll-out phases.
- Report implementation progress to site / Region.
- Manage project issues log & escalation process at site / Region Level.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Arts, Humanity, Financial, Economics or any related field

**Relevant experience required**
- Working experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER, or working in an EXPEDITING, an ORDER PROCESSING, CUSTOMER SERVICE or other related functions
- Computer skills in SAP and MS Excel (Pivot table and Vlookup)
- Understanding in Supply Chain concepts and process continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and communication skill, cost reduction mindset and interested in information technology
- Strong communication in English. Knowledge of Spanish, French or Italian is an asset.
