Regional Business Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneer in the development of Smart Technologies for the Operation & Maintenance for energy and environmental infrastructures and industrial clients.
They are expanding their operation in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries because of the increasing demand existing customers in the region.
For their new Thailand operation, they are hiring motivated team members for the position of Regional Business Development Manager.
To ensure fast start up and growth of their business in Thailand and elsewhere in South East Asia, they are hiring a BD Manager responsible for new sales revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- proactively generate new leads, follow opportunities and secure orders
- Works together with their technical and industrial experts at headquarters.
- Responsible for Full cycle of sales, from lead generation, pre-sales, proposals, bidding, negotiation with clients.
- KPIs: Sales pipeline buildup, progress and revenue collected.
**Qualifications**:
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Fast learner: ability to start selling within weeks
- Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales or business development function, ideally with complex industrial IT solutions such as CMMS, Enterprise asset management (EAM), ERP, SCADA, geographic information system (GIS).
- Excellent English Communication.
