**Job Summary**

Talent Acquisitions
- Provide consultancy to colleagues in Service Hub and ensure the effective implementation of recruitment service for local divisions in Thailand.
- Provide regular update about recruitment status to management.
- Take care of Employer branding activity in Thailand

Site HR
- Provide day to day consultancy with interaction with local employees for HR and local topics and work with related stakeholders to support employees and ensure compliance to labor laws.
- Work with Site Management and Welfare Committee to implement employee relation activities/ initiatives at site to promote employee engagement.
- Support employee separation process, such as exit interview handling and analysis.

HRBP
- Provide advisory role for responsible OD and support local implementation of OD action in collaboration with concerned local division head, regional / global HRBP. Mobility
- Act as Mobility Gatekeeper for Thailand: Prepare and review delegate’s housing agreements, Letter of Intent. Send to Local legal team for contract endorsement and stamping. Submit documents to authorized person for wet signature and send to local vendor.
- Act as local contact point for expats in Thailand

Employee Engagement
- Take lead in promoting Employee Recognition program, Employee Voices Survey, Leadership Feedback Survey according to policy / guideline.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in any field. 6-8 years of working experience in HR. Working experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
- Good communication in Thai and English.
- Good computer skill.
- Labor Law knowledge.
