**Responsibilities**:
- Post job openings and analyze ad performance.
- Proactively source top talent on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders i.e. team members and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO or Senior HR Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Available for a minimum 5-month internship.
- Recent graduates or final-year bachelor's or master's students.
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Quick learner with a service-oriented mindset.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
