In our team, you will be responsible for defining challenges, opportunities and managing end-to-end programs to enhance creative possibilities. You will also be responsible for leading conversations with cross functional teams to enable our entire team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and localization of processes and advertiser/agency service models to ensure effective service and drive growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve our advertising offerings in eCom, Retail, Finance, Automotive, Consumer Electronics.
- Partner with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
- Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on TikTok’s new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns.
- Invest in the team & people. Coach the team on both industry/market know-hows and necessary skillsets.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of work experience, in digital marketing, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology, with 3+ years of experience managing teams.
- Experience strategizing, planning, managing performance and branding campaigns.
- Expert in digital marketing channels and products; pro in campaign optimization.
- Solid knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic; experience using some of the major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.
- Project management experience in a data-driven decision-making environment.
- Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading initiatives to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible team player who navigates a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment well.
- Highly organized, confident and self motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting junior team members and communicating with c-suite staff.
