**Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and platform contacts
- Work together with Intrepid leadership to retain and grow accounts
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best solutions for potential clients
- Create client presentations, structure commercial proposals and prepare contracts, collaborate on onboarding and Business Development plans for new clients
- Grow account NMV and revenue
- Develop annual Business Development plans
- Collaborate on onboarding, strategy and Annual JBP plans for new brands
- Collaborate with rest of country management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting
- Ensure account retention and Business Development
- Coach and develop team members
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- E-commerce experience is required
- University degree
- Proficient in English
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
- Commercial experience - ability to understand customer needs, craft proposals and win deals
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Strong ecommerce knowledge and analytical skills
- Network with brands & ecommerce platforms in Thailand
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & quarterly plans
- Good excel and power point skills
