**QA Team Lead**:

**R**ole purpose**

Involved in requirements analysis, test planning activities, test case creation and execution of to ensure that the software meets business requirements.

Working resource planning, mentors and guides the team to perform functional, non functional testing and other testing activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Give an estimation on an assigned project for a test effort for both of functional and nonfunctional.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured functional and non-functional test plans and test cases.
- Coordinate and communicate with developers on defect fixes and required modifications.
- Execute test cases and document software defects.
- Take ownership of software defects from discovery through to closure.
- Provide Test Summary & Test Exit Reports.
- Influence others at all levels of the organization by using interpersonal skills.
- Additional duties, as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Qualification**
- Bachelor's in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree.
- 2+ years of experience working as QA Team Leader.
- Experience testing Android OS and OS platforms.
- Good command in English
- Have a testing mind-set with a passion for quality.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Having a testing mind-set.
- Good analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- A good understanding of agile software development.
