**Job Summary**

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the company products and/or development processes. QA Manager will be the change agent to drive QA process and test strategy to align with company goal. QA manager must manage team, track and set up goals and objectives for QA Engineers.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Create/Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work processes like agile and scrum
- Define processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle then create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis
- Work with cross-functional working environment, participate in requirement analysis and product design, implementing continuous integration/deployment process, leading team's quality, and monitoring product performance and issue in the production
- Lead the group QAs and manages testing efforts in many projects under tight deadlines
- Set Goal, OKR to team and provide regularly quality report and feedback to team
- Motivate team for achieving continuous Improvement

**Background/ Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus
- Experienced in overall hands-on in test automation engineering with 5-10 years +
- Experienced in building test automation framework and performance test is plus
- Experienced on manage team and/or lead project

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory, leadership skills and people management skills are a must.
- Good in teamwork and collaboration and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure, self-motivated and goal oriented. Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
