Talent Management Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring the complete professional growth of future leaders and leaders.
- For all levels, creating career routes, a development roadmap, and a succession plan for potential leaders.
- Developing content with the company and creating unique onboarding programs for each type of employee.
- Designing, developing, and overseeing talent development and succession planning in collaboration with HRBP, and supporting the yearly talent reviews.
- Conducting talent assessment courses to provide management and leaders with the basics of talent management, succession planning, and individual development plans.
- Handling organizational development efforts including performance management, engagement surveys, career planning, coaching and mentoring programs, and leadership development to support the company's strategy and promote performance and growth.
- Designing and implementing strategic solutions to address talent pipeline gaps and risks, effectively partnering with HRBP and stakeholders.
- Handling the annual talent review cycle, developmental evaluations, succession planning, and performance cycle planning activities. Arranging meetings with leaders and staff to discuss career development and/or to share evaluation results.
- Working on career framework to make sure applicants' plans are in line with their career ambitions, best potential, and readiness by making sure that subsequent measures are taken to establish a talent pipeline and prepare successors.
- Creating reports and dashboards for corporate leaders based on talent data analysis and improvement suggestions.
- Helping in the execution and sustainability of potential talent development programs, designing and putting into action communication and change management strategies.
**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Development.
- At least 4 years of talent management experience.
- Having experience in Manufacturing will be beneficial.
- Manage both the size and complexity of work while planning and completing it with efficiency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; communicate with the organization successfully.
