**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Executing system implementation plans.
- Communicating with Corp. team and Local team about system requirements and bugs.
- HR System implementation in SEA Regions
- Training and guiding systems for end users.
- OA/HRIS multi-language projects.
- Designing system introduction and promote the OA system to the end use
- Improving system implementation processes.
- Company organization and routing management.
- Performance and Promotion system Management and implementation.
- Budgeted HC and budget HC system management.
- HR Portal Project leader and key user
- Support HR Recruitment Project
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor degree and above in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or other fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience of system introduction, website management, or human resources filed.
- Good at Microsoft office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
- Problem solving & analysis, Business Process Mapping & Modeling skills, and Presentation Skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
