Oversee the implementation of HR technology requirements, determine appropriate revisions to policies and procedures, analyze proposed changes from HR and non-HR groups, and provide appropriate guidance to management.
Develop, test, and implement new integrations, interfaces, and upgrades of HR systems in conjunction with vendors and IT.
Define, evaluate, and configure HR systems/tools together with HR and non-HR groups to ensure efficiency in HR's processes and data integrity across all HR systems.
Develop and maintain user guides and conduct end user trainings.
Responsible for production and non-production HRIS support of researching, recommending, and resolving system problems.
Responsible for developing and performing ongoing scheduled activities of conducting system and user audits.
Responsible for complex HR reporting requests for all levels of management.
REQUIREMENTS BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of knowledge of HR programs and processes and delivering HR technology solutions in a Global environment.
4+ years of experience with Workday Benefits and/or Workday Advanced Compensation is required. Experience with Workday Reporting a plus.
Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little or no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Excellent project management, customer service, and client relationship skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
Must be highly organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.) are required.
