**Responsibilities**:
**1. Perform accurate and on time daily "order processing process" : start from order capture (EDI or manual), order fulfillment to ensure completeness of customer order**
**2. Co-ordinate with sales and AR for credit released on-time to meet customer requested**
**3. Issue accurate and ontime credit/debit note to improve order efficiency**
**4. Manage special requirement according to business e.g. transition, promotional item, Quota management, Batch allocation to ensure order fulfillment**
**5. Follow up “pending/undelivered orders” to secure business opportunities**
**6. Provide shortage information, daily order tracking, order amendments to further work with internal and external customers***:
