Receivable & Collection Management
Process and manage payment received and provide related accounting and Credit management information support. To ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under control. Daily AR problem solving. Co-ordinate with credit management and sales team to request unblock new order.Customer Service Support
Manage accurate and timeline promotion and material substitution set up in the system as per business requirement. To ensure seamless and smooth execution of Order-to-Cash process.
Order Processing
Manage accurate and timeline promotion and material substitution set up in the system as per business requirement. To ensure seamless and smooth execution of Order-to-Cash process.
Receivable & Collection Management1. Perform day to day payment received transaction, verify and prepare payment request to credit management team for both domestic and export customers2. Negotiate with clients or cross functional in dispute payment cases3. Manage order processing team on credit block order request to credit management team4. Reconcile the account receivable balance to ensure that all payments are properly posted5. Prepare daily collection, monthly forecast and overdue report6. Ensure completeness of credit note request and send to customer on time7. Perform other related duties as assignedCustomer Service Support1. Perform promotion clerk role: ensure related price discount condition, supply chain allowance are timely maintain in SAP according to authorisation request from relevant parties2. Review the completeness of Promotion Master Data and data quality in SAP to ensure correctness of sales order3. Maintain material substitution in place to avoid any unnecessary Out of stock 4. Ensure information from TPM system was completely tranferred and effective in SAP5. Maintain promotion information in other systems (D365, DMS) as shared service support6. Perform other related duties as assigned Order Processing1.
