**(Assistant) Officer, Business Travel Services**:

- PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**:
To support users in hotel room and air-ticket reservation for both domestic and international business trips.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide information to users relating to hotel room & air-ticket reservation and business travel arrangement e.g. domestic and international flight schedule, list of hotels using PTTEP corporate rate, document required for business travel arrangement, boarding rules and prohibitions, etc.
- Facilitate users in coordinating with travelling agencies, airlines, and hotels for air ticket and hotel room booking and issuance and facilitate the refund (if any).
- Provide advice/ recommendation to users relating to the Company’s rule, regulation and practice relating to hotel room and air-ticket reservation and airline / hotel selection.

**Key Accountabilities (Cont')**:

- Participate in hotel inspection as assigned by supervisor.
- Verify invoices and clear business travel expenses in compliance with the Company’s rules and regulations.
- Contributing to the achievement of Department’s objective.

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- High vocational certificate or higher in related fields with 10 years of related experience.
- Experience in travelling coordination / ticketing process / ticket agent / hotel wholesaler is preferable.
- Ability to operate PC and use MS-Excel spreadsheets.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication skill.
- Service-minded and good interpersonal skills.

**Job End Result**:

- To ensure the accuracy and smoothness of business travel arrangements.
- Users are informed of the business travel arrangement confirmation/cancellation in acceptable time.
- Be able to provide advice / recommendation to users relating to the Company’s rule, regulation and practice relating to hotel room and air-ticket reservation and airline / hotel selection with appropriate rationales when required.
- Promote good relationship with travel agency and government agency to ensure the smooth operation and coordination.
- To ensure the up-to-date information on schedule, rules, and obligations involved in business travel arrangement.
- To ensure that works performed are adhered to the Company’s rules and regulations.
- To ensure the accuracy of expense clearing prior to submission for supervisor review and approval.
