Visa Officers
**Job Description**:
The VISA officer role focuses on the delivery of quality meeting planning and execution services for a variety of clients as part of an end-to-end management solution. Whilst the role primarily focuses on the logistic management, there may also be the need to provide creative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Update Visa information of related embassy to TC drive
- Provide Visa form and make appointment on behalf of client to embassy
- Control Petty Cash for Embassy Fee
- Prepare reports and ensure data is entered into the system
- Prepare VAT Invoice to client
- Support as back up for team members when they are absent
- Manage the filing and storage of data
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in Office administration
- Basic hands-on visa knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai
- Effective in execution, able to multi-task and good communication
- Computer skill in Microsoft office e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly adaptable to changing work priorities and environment
- Ability to work under pressure, workload, and frustration
- Possess highly developed intrapersonal skills
- Good time management skill and willing to learn
