Total Employee: 10-15 staffs (Housekeeper, Security Guard, Administrators, Front Desk, Freelance Trainers)
1. Manage work within the gym.
2. Responsible for managing work within the branch (fitness center) including sales and marketing, customer service, accounting & finance, product & warehouse, personnel & office administration as needed.
3. Welcome and take care of customers in the gym, communicate and service customers as needed.
4. Manage gyms and sales areas, introduce products, and provide information to customers about gym products.
5. Facilitate and take care of the safety of customers within the gym.
6. Manage immediate problems for customers.
7. Inventory and store management including estimates of orders within the branch.
8. Maintain orderliness within the branch including products.
9. Drive and monitor sales within the branch.
10. Check the order and cleanliness in the gym.
11. Manage employees and evaluate employee performance and solve problems for employees in the branch.
12. Manage the work schedule of employees in the branch.
13. Report information to management and follow up on sales volume of the branch.
14. Coordinate with internally and externally.
15. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการงานภายในสาขา (ศูนย์ออกกำลังกาย) ทั้งหมด
(ด้านการขายและการตลาด/ด้านลูกค้าและบริการ/ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน ค่าใช้จ่ายภายในสาขา รายรับ รายจ่าย/ด้านสินค้าและคลังสินค้า/ด้านบุคคลและธุรการสำนักงาน Time Attendance, Manpower)
- ต้อนรับและดูแลลูกค้าภายในยิม สื่อสารและบริการกับลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการยิมและบริเวณพื้นที่จำหน่ายสินค้า แนะนำสินค้า พร้อมให้ข้อมูลกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในยิม
- อำนวยความสะดวกและดูแลความปลอดภัยของลูกค้า
- จัดการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้กับลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและหน้าร้าน ประมาณการการสั่งสินค้าภายในสาขา
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในสาขา รวมทั้งสินค้า
- ผลักดันยอดขายภายในสาขา พร้อมดำเนินการติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ตรวจเช็คความเรียบร้อยและความสะอาดภายในยิม
- บริหารพนักงานและประเมินผลงานพนักงาน และ แก้ไขปัญหาให้กับพนักงานในสาขา
- บริหารจัดการตารางการทำงานของพนักงานในสาขา
- รายงานข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหาร และติดตามยอดขายภายในสาขา
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

Required work
experience
1. Male. Age not over 40 years old.
2. Prefer bachelor's degree in sports management or sports science.
3. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Fitness Center with basic knowledge about the Fitness business.
4. Must have good personality, well-formed and exercise regularly.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. High leadership, high responsibility, growth mindset towards fitness business and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks and able to manage time properly.
7. If able to start working immediately is an advantage.
8. Able to work on some Saturdays (Depends on the volume of the work and case of emergency).
