Credit Advisor-sukhumvit Branch

The Assistant Branch Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team. The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals and sales teams. **Responsibilities**: - Partner with Branch Manager to formulate sales strategy, conduct capacity planning and review sales management process - Assist Branch Manager in developing, driving and implementing customer centric initiatives; handle customer issues and provide recommendations for improvement - Build effective working relationships within the community to advance the strategic vision of Citi and create opportunities for growth - Provide continuous direction, support, feedback and coaching to staff as well as provide guidance in hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring team - Actively coach the wealth sales team to meet and exceed their sales targets - Partner with Human Resources and Branch Managers to effectively execute people management responsibilities including hiring, performance management, compensation, disciplinary actions and terminations - Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities, and partner with peer group to ensure revenue and compliance targets are met - Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, to ensure overall customer satisfaction; review customer accounts and transactions - Monitor market, support new product launch and development / implementation of marketing programs - Ensure operational and compliance activities are completed on time and according to agreed quality standards and assist in managing branch credit and delinquency control**Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Previous banking and management experience required - Investment sales experience preferred - Global investment bank experience preferred - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Consistently demonstrates analytic skills **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
