Our Commercial Department in Bangkok, Thailand is looking for a highly motivated **eCommerce Manager**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The role is responsible in providing sales, operational and administration to the Consumer Direct channel specifically E-Commerce and E-Tailer. Ensure deadlines, administration and information needs are met required. The role is responsible in merchandising in websites within global guidelines and Brand direction, as required. Also, manages the merchandise availability for ecommerce and marketplaces and the processing of all consumer orders and consumer service for eCommerce, as required.

**E-Commerce Website Maintenance/Hosting**:

- Ensure Website is working 100% and solve issues and problems as they arise. Liaise with NOW Solutions and internal departments when necessary.
- Responsible for the Webplan of ecommerce and any other negotiated eCommerce business, including eBay. Merchandising the site with global alignment.
- Responsible for sales driving activities including offers, promotions and site improvements in collaboration with Brand and Marketing team.
- Updates product images, copy, pricing and sizes on an as-needed basis to ensure consistency with availability, pricelists, promotional activity, and sales opportunities based on purchase behavior.
- Promotional set up for eCommerce and eTailer.
- Manage and report on all promotional codes.

**Product**:

- Product Contract Management - update and manage existing contracts ensuring required stock is allocated to eCommerce and update contracts where stock is limited as required.
- Continually strive to improve the range focusing on increasing sales and reducing markdown quantities.
- Understand Features & Benefits of all product and process of Bra Fitting.
- Understand the consumer target.

**Planning/Analyst**:

- Provide monthly demand forecast for both ecommerce and retail.
- Attend and input Weekly Sales Review meetings.
- Identify strong sellers and under performers and manage stock holdings for stores accordingly.
- Manage the sell through of seasonal and phased out products in stores via markdowns and coordinate the consolidation of stock.
- Work with department managers to actively clear discontinued/phased out product from the warehouse, as required.

**Ecommerce Order Processing & Customer Service**:

- Ensure daily sales are processed efficiently - ensuring orders can be filled, solving errors, liaising with Warehouse for picking and shortages, when required.
- Liaise with all other operational departments to assist with the smooth 'back of house' operation for the channel.
- Provide best in class consumer service - process customer enquiries/returns within 48 hours (business days), when required.
- Manage and report on Promotional Calendar, Cart Abandonment, Product Sales, Device use etc.
- Liaise with 3rd party service operators.

**Reporting**:

- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly POS reports to Management for KPI review.
- Run sell through reports at season end for product range evaluation.
- Maintain weekly sales by style reports to identify and manage styles.
- Prepare Budget spreadsheets for stores to daily populate figures into.
- Data Management - Download VIP consumer data and download into MAP.
- Google Analytics - measure, track & evaluate UPT, VPT, conversion.

**Your ideal profile**:

- 3-5 years managerial experience in eCommerce.
- Graduate of business management, IT or Digital Communication is an advantage.
- Project management skills, eCommerce content management experience, data analytics, and research ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of online shopping, technical website knowledge, database management and SAP experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Proven experience in Shopify, digital, Google Analytics, SEO, SCM.
- Must be a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work autonomously.
- Ability to build good relationships across channels/departments.
