Department Business Development and Partnerships- LevelEntry Level- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Set, align, drive merchant supply mid to long term strategy and target for ShopeeFood while ensure budget efficiency
- Strategize for merchant investment with Business Development Team to help maximizing customer promotion
- Analyze on merchant performance to improve merchant quality and category diversification
- Focus in SMB Merchants group to deliver business growth in merchant performance. investment and assortment
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Engineering or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Experience from e-commerce, e-wallet, food delivery industry, other tech company or top tier management consulting would be an advantage
- Experience with sale team planning and/or headcount planning is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and understand big picture overview and overall direction (experience using SQL, Tableau is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills and able to cascade down direction to team member
- Able to initiate, evaluate and manage the objective to meet key objective
