Aethir is a leading technology company specializing in AI, Blockchain Gaming, and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and creating impactful solutions that shape the future.

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager to join our team and work closely with our tech and product teams on our latest products and technology. You will support Aethir in developing and communicating our strategy, ensuring that all team members work effectively and efficiently towards our goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Project Initiatives: Assist in managing and tracking BD and marketing projects, including ecosystem partnerships and campaign plannings, to ensure successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain comprehensive project documentation and workflows using tools like Notion. Ensure that all project-related information and updates are accurately recorded and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate Communication: Work closely with BD and Marketing teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications and updates.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Support the coordination of cross-functional project teams, ensuring that project scopes are clearly defined and resources are effectively allocated. Help identify and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, helping to manage expectations and ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or project management, preferably within a technology or web3 environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, strategic thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management or program management, proficiency in tools, such as Notion and Google workspace.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear and concise presentations
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus) for communication with internal stakeholders
