**Position**:

Reporting to Warehouse Manager, and responsible for all operation in warehouse, troubleshooting together with process improvement as well as resource planning, warehouse capacity planning and warehouse designed to support business growth.

**Job Description**:

- Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance company policies
- Seek process improvement for all operation activities in the warehouse. (Inbound, outbound, inventory management)
- Work with Warehouse manager on the resource planning and employee schedule especially during peak period
- Supervise warehouse team members to work according to the operations guideline
- Coordinate training of new employees or temporary staffs to ensure the efficient of operation in warehouse
- Work with Local IT or Regional IT on the new process change /any issues/ additional requirement relates to system interface (Including new skus creation, new location and picking priority)
- Ensure warehouse compliance with all safety regulations as well as local laws that govern workplace safety
- Design and manage the warehouse database to evaluate and make recommendations on warehouse capacity and productivities improvement.
- Work with regional team on the BI projects for warehouse related
- Support warehouse manager and regional office for warehouse KPIs tracking, measurement, and reporting

- Good in advanced excel skills
- Good in warehouse management system skills (system flow and operations flow)
- Knowledge in warehouse data management.
- Good computer and analytical skills

**Profile**:

- 5+ years of Assistant Warehouse Manager experience required, preferably in the retail environment (B2C & B2B) or 3PLs will be advantage
- Demonstrated operation process improvement increased warehouse productivities, efficiency and cost effective
- Experience of Inventory management, managing all operations activities in warehouse
- Good in analytical and Warehouse Process improvement
- Able to communicate with all key stakeholders and leading the team of 10 people
- Able to map out if there any area of warehouse system flow and operations flows are missing to mitigate risks of system issues/Operations issues
- Good in communication skill with change management and process improvement
