**Responsibilities**
- ** Demand and supply management 40%**:Communicating with the production team, sales team, and SCM order fulfilment team to meet market demand.
- **Inventory management 10%**:Managing inventory to manage optimum level.
- **Cost management 30%**:Formulating budget of logistic cost, and warehouse costs. Checking & analysing monthly basis, reporting.
- **Warehouse operation 20%**:Handling the workflow establishment (we will open W/H soon), compliance, contract, and warehouse management (domestic/overseas).
- Planning the budgeting concerning Logistics and reporting monthly.
- Managing the BOI (Annual and periodic report, Machine privilege; import and control, Material privilege; import and control such as product formula, max stock, cut stock, report-v, scrap handling).
- Managing material Export & import control.
- Managing and controlling warehouse operations of inbound and outbound both the warehouse in the company and the rental warehouse outside of the company.
- Controlling warehouse procedure, space and equipment to meet with goods volume, safety in operation and contribution to aerospace product safety.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations activities of production, receiving, storage, dispatch of goods, and monitoring the performance levels.
- Managing SCM budget & control.
- Managing material planning & control.
- Managing production planning.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma holders in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics related discipline.
- 3-5 years overall working experience in manufacturing background is preferred.
- Work experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution is a plus.
- Strong sense of job ownership, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 5 years of working experience in warehouse & SCM management positions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- TOEIC Score above 650.
- Logically thinking, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong ownership, self-management, leading by example, communication, and teamwork. And interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
- Flexibility and customer/quality focus.
