**Warehouse Manager (Transportation & Logistics)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing warehouse strategies and objectives aligned with the organization’s goals. This may involve optimizing warehouse layout, processes, and technology to improve efficiency.
- Supervising inventory control procedures, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Minimizing stock discrepancies and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Leading and supervising warehouse staff. Ensuring proper staffing levels and providing training and development opportunities.
- Streamlining warehouse operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs. This includes optimizing workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory, monitor performance, and improve overall efficiency.
- Managing the warehouse budget, including forecasting expenses, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Generating reports and providing regular updates to management regarding warehouse performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for improvement.
- Performs other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Complex problem-solving skills
