**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
- Guaranteeing the fulfilment and regular updating of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Effectively communicating any arising issues and offering viable solutions, such as addressing failed deliveries or stock shortages.
- Regularly assessing daily and weekly workloads to ensure optimal productivity among agents.
- Supervising the time management of the Outbound team, intervening as necessary.
- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all processes, procedures, and policies among the Outbound team.
- Analyzing both physical and system flows, devising and implementing improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, speed, and flexibility.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
- Maintain and improve cycle counting management and warehouse systems.
- Management warehouse area for FIFO, 5S and ensure safety conditions in all working areas.
- Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
- Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in warehousing function with a multinational setting.
- Proficiency in Logistics Operations.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot usage.
- Familiarity with SAP, SAP Business Intelligence (BI), and Quick View tools like Qlick Sense.
- Experience working overseas or in a Western company
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on KPI achievement.
