Our client is the world’s leading medical equipment manufacturer.

**Purpose of the position**
- Implement the organization’s reward strategy so its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position.
- Implement the organization’s recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled and new employees are smoothly integral.

**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits program and activities to meet the organization’s objectives regarding internal equity and external market competitiveness. The program may include job evaluation/classification; salary administration; short-term, and long-term incentive plans; employee benefits (e.g., health, insurance); executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging; retirement, pension, and superannuation plans.
- Liaising with managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy.
- Analyzing and evaluating external market data as well as internal data about the organization’s current employee population and future human resource needs to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy.
- Selecting, and managing ongoing relationships with, external consultants and suppliers (e.g., insurance carriers, actuaries, benefit providers) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure the organization’s reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards.
- Supporting C&B data analysis for labor union negotiation.
- Developing and implementing local recruitment strategies (e.g., advertisements, starting salaries, and other conditions of employment) that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy.
- Building up relationships with selective universities, conducting university visits, and participating in university job fairs to increase the pool of talent to support business growth.
- Evaluating external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization’s recruitment and reward strategies and adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
- Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of recruitment professionals to ensure the organization’s recruitment strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards, including equal employment opportunity, workplace diversity, and affirmative action legislation.
- Being a Business Partner for an assigned Department including giving advice & involve with all HR activities such as compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations program.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management or the related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years experience working as an HR generalist and be an ER specialist, preferably for an international company, reporting to a foreign national.
- Good human relations, a positive attitude, high responsibility, and problem-solving skills with a good service mind.
- Strong self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical skills.
- Good Communication Skills in English.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and good management skills.
