We are seeking a talented individual to join a team as a C&B Manager in the dynamic field of engineering services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the needs of the engineering services industry.
- Manage all aspects of employee compensation, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to administer payroll and benefits programs efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams regarding compensation-related matters, including job evaluations and salary negotiations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits, striving to maintain employee satisfaction and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- 8 experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager in the engineering services sector or a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
